[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

If you are interested in extending your trip this is first come first serve for room availability at the discounted room block rate.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will Zerto cover my flight if I fly to/from somewhere other than home?

You can choose to fly to/from alternate destinations on the weekend before or after, but any additional flight costs will be your responsibility.  Zerto is covering to/from your home location and that flight cost is the approved budget.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

All attendees arriving within the group dates of May 8th - May 12th will have organized transfers when they arrive to the Nassau airport to transport them to/from The Cove, Atlantis. The hotel is located 30-40 minutes from the airport depending on traffic.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can we expense?
We will be covering your hotel stay, a resort credit of $800 per room towards F&B, airport transfers, one activity per person, and flights.  We ask that you only expense your transport from your house to the airport round-trip.  All additional expenses over what is provided will be your responsibility from the trip.
[fa icon="plus-square"] What happens if I don't spend my resort credit?
At the end of your trip, if there is a balance from the resort credit issued to you and your guest, please note that there isn't a cash payout option, the remaining balance will just go back to the company to invest towards future trips!
[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the dress code?
The dress code is Resort Casual (no sport coat required); use your discretion.
    • The average temperature in May is 86 and can drop into the mid 70s in the evening.
[fa icon="plus-square"] What do I need for check-in?

At check-in you will need to present two important things:

1.  Valid Passport

2.  Credit Card: The hotel will ask you to provide a credit card for incidentals (additional charges such as spa, drinks at the bars on property, golf etc). Please be aware they will put a hold on that credit card at check-in, then release the hold 24 hours after check-out. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Travefy app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
