Arrival day in Nassau for international team.  Your arrival date is approved for the date shown in the invite email you received from Jarrod Clark.

*** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find an Zerto sign for your transfer to the hotel.  

  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

7:00pm-10:00pm - Welcome Reception - Join us for dinner and drinks to begin the celebration!  This event will take place at the Athletic Garden located near the Royal Towers.  You can walk through the water park or take a shuttle to the Royal Towers from the Cove.  

- Cocktails and Dinner will be served.

Activity Day

Today you will have the opportunity to choose from the options below for your activity day, hosted by Impact.  

Round of Golf - Enjoy 18 holes of golf at the Ocean Club Golf Course. Challenging, masterfully-conceived and stunningly beautiful, the Ocean Club Golf Course offers guests of Atlantis every element for the perfect round. This 18-hole par 72 championship course stretches over 7,100 yards on Atlantis, Paradise Island Oceanside's peninsula, where crosswinds challenge even the most experienced players.

Catamaran Snorkel - Enjoy a day on the beautiful blue water, soaking up the sun and swimming with the exotic marine life of the Bahamas. Food and drinks will be served on the boat.  Tour takes place 1-4:30pm.  You will be back at the hotel by 5pm with plenty of time to get ready for your 7pm dinner celebration!

Spa appointments at the Mandara Spa will be scheduled based upon availability. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your appointment day and time.

Resort Credit: Please remember that choosing resort credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.

 

7:00 - 9:00 PM - Cocktail Hour & Celebration Dinner - Join us for dinner and drinks to celebrate this year's accomplishments!  This event will take place at the Dig Deck which is directly in front of the Aquarium exit to outside at the Royal Towers Atlantis.  You can walk through the water park or take a shuttle to the Royal Towers from the Cove.

Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time. 

Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Zerto will be covering all room charges. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
